Acro Yoga For Beginners

Private Yoga Erie offers a beginner level acro yoga class that is suited for first-time students. Whether you are interested in acrobatics or are just looking for something fun and new to try, acro yoga is for you! Currently, this class is only available per request.

What is acro yoga? Acro, or acrobatic, yoga is a form of partner yoga that integrates 2 or more people into each posture. Acro can help establish and strengthen relationships by building trust while stretching and strengthening your body.

Who can participate in an acro yoga class? This beginner's class is ideal for anyone between the ages of 12 and 35.  Acro yoga can be used for a team as a group bonding event, couples for building and establishing a deeper level of trust, or friends who want to try something new!
