Yoga for Mom & Baby

Mom & Baby Yoga classes are suitable for babies 6-weeks to pre-crawling and their mothers. It’s the perfect class to ease back into fitness, taking time to rebuild the core and pelvic floor safely, so you can feel strong in your body and confident in your new role. But most importantly, you'll meet other moms and you’ll connect with baby through movement, sounds, and songs – that make yoga fun & interactive!

It is recommended that you are 6-weeks post vaginal delivery or 8-weeks post c-section before starting postnatal yoga. If you want to come earlier, please check with a healthcare provider.

Weekly drop-ins are available if there is space. If you do not purchase a drop-in pass in advance, please confirm there is space by calling/texting 814-490-0022.
