What Is SUP Yoga?

Stand up paddleboard yoga, also known as SUP yoga, is a gentle style class that uses basic poses (e.i.. downward facing dog, childs pose, warrior 1, lunges, etc.) with the added challenge of keeping balance while being on the water. Classes can be in a pool, pond, or lake.

 

SUP yoga is for anyone that has at least a basic knowledge of poses and is looking to add a fun element to their practice!

 

Private Yoga Erie has the only SUP yoga instructor in Erie, PA and Chautauqua, NY. Class availability consists of evening and weekend classes (in the summer) and additional sessions in the indoor pool (in the winter).

Private Yoga Erie offers the ONLY SUP yoga classes in the area. The classes can be for students who have different wants, goals, physical abilities, and schedules.
